At the Henrietta Barnett School, every girl in Year 10 and Year 12, including those who have not participated in the award in their previous school, has the opportunity to take part in the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme. Both Bronze and Silver level are completed. Expeditions are carried out in a variety of locations including the Chiltern Hills, Shropshire and the Peak District. The locations ensure students experience some of Britain's most inspiring landscapes. The growing numbers of girls involved year on year is testament to the success and enjoyment they experience.
