Carnegie Medal Book Prize Shadowing PDF Print E-mail

Eight year 8s read the 7 shortlisted books in a very short space of time and together with Ms Lucas attended the Barnet Schools’ Carnegie Event at the North London Business Park.

The author N M Browne spoke about writing and introduced her books after which the students gave presentations, discussed the books and voted for the winner.  The ‘real’ winner was then relayed to us by the Carnegie judges from central London.
