Year 8 and 9 Shakespeare Society: Lunchtime Performance of Macbeth


On Thursday, Year 8 had the opportunity to watch an abridged performance of Shakespeare's Macbeth performed by the Key Stage Three Shakespeare Society. This half term, the cast have been working each week with the Year 10 Directors to bring the play to fruition. All 34 students involved have been extremely impressive in the way they have worked together and there is much talent amongst them. A huge thank you to the exceptional Year 10 Directors for working so brilliantly with Year 8 and 9 on the project - certainly some names to look out for as they continue to progress up the school: Hannah Gillott, Emma Kentridge, Zoe Steinberg, Poppy Medenis, Nuha Ahmed, Laura Herbert, Sasha Gordon, Ananya Tayal, Meytal Baron Cohen.
