Triumph, in more than one sense of the word!
Design students, Eneh Alexander-Ikwue. She won a prestigious national design engineering competition run by the Triumph motorcycle company, beating stiff competition from other top schools. Part of her prize was an offer of a paid internship over the summer with the Design Engineering team at the Triumph head-quarters. Eneh had a brilliant time using her Product Design experience to develop 3D CAD drawings and simulate stress and performance tests on parts and components before they go into rapid prototyping or full scale production... just like we do in the A Level class. Eneh gained great experience from her time at Triumph. We're really proud of her as we are with all our students. Well done Eneh!
