Year 12 Trip to Parliament

On Tuesday the 18th of July, Year 12 Government and Politics students had the opportunity to visit the Houses of Parliament. They watched a debate on drugs policy in the Commons and sat in the House of Lords while questions were asked about trade. In addition, they had the opportunity to ask Mike Freer MP for Finchley and Golders Green questions on politics and his role as a Conservative Party whip, after a workshop on voting and representation. It was a day well spent!
