On Wednesday 20th May, some year 7s went to an athletics competition at Stone X stadium. We took part in a range of events, including 100m, 200m, 800m, shot put, high jump and many more. The atmosphere was amazing, with everyone encouraging each other. It was also a family event, with many parents, siblings and grandparents coming to cheer us on. HBS did really well in both track and field events. This was a really fun experience, not only for the participants, but also for those watching.
