HBS Community Shines Bright @ Diwali Dazzle 2025!!
The Henrietta Barnett School grounds sparkled with colour, rhythm, and joy on the afternoon of 12th October, as the HBS Parent Teacher Association (PTA) hosted its first-ever Diwali celebration — Diwali Dazzle 2025!
The event was a spectacular showcase of community spirit, bringing together students, parents, staff, and friends of HBS to celebrate the Festival of Lights, symbolising the triumph of good over evil and light over darkness. We were also delighted to welcome members of the HGS community, who joined in the fun and festivities.
From dazzling performances to delicious food and vibrant festive décor, it was an afternoon that truly lit up the school with music, laughter, and dance! To top it all, we also managed to raise an amazing £2,500 for the school — all while having so much fun!
As always, we deeply appreciate the support from the school and would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our Headteacher, Mrs. Emma MacLeod, for gracing the occasion, along with other members of the HBS staff. A special mention for Mr. Richard Cain for his tireless, single-handed logistical support — we remain truly grateful!
