This practical session introduces the GROW framework – a clear, actionable approach to understanding and responding to your autistic child’s needs. Parents and carers will leave with immediately implementable strategies for supporting emotional regulation, managing sensory needs, building cooperation, and strengthening connection with their child.

Pooky is an autistic speaker, educator and autism assessor with a PhD in Psychological Medicine from King’s College London. With extensive experience in neurodivergence and mental health, Pooky specialises in transforming research into practical, engaging talks that provide immediately actionable strategies for families and professionals.
