Admission to The Henrietta Barnett School for Year 7 is by academic selection, with a First Round Entrance Test in Verbal, Non-Verbal reasoning and English, followed by a Second Round English and Mathematics test.

ENTRANCE TEST INFORMATION: SEPTEMBER 2024 TEST FOR SEPTEMBER 2025 ENTRY

The first round offers were made on Monday 3 March 2025 and the top 60 on the waiting list have been informed of their position.

Second round offers will be made between 24-28^th March.

Please do not email the school to ask about movement of the waiting list. The website will be updated regularly with this information.

Applications for the Entrance Examination in September 2025 for Entry in September 2026 will open on 1^st April 2025 and close on Friday 11^th July 2025.

The Admissions Policy for 2026-2027 will be published on the website by the end of February 2025

OPEN DAY – SUMMER 2025

The next open day will take place on Thursday 3rd July 2025. Due to capacity constraints, this will be open to Current Year 5 students and their parents/guardians only.

Information about how to book tickets for the Open Day will be published on the website nearer the time.

Please note that we are unable to offer individual tours of the school at any point.

Successful candidates will have an additional opportunity to visit the school after National Offers Day.
