The Sixth Form at The Henrietta Barnett School aims to allow students to develop as individual learners by providing opportunities for academic excellence, leadership and service to the community. An important aspect of the School’s Sixth Form is to prepare students for the next stage of their education and life beyond school. The School offers the A level curriculum in the Sixth Form. In addition to transferring students from The Henrietta Barnett School Year 11, applications are welcome from students currently attending other schools. A minimum of 30 places will be offered annually to external applicants. In September 2021 we enrolled over 40 applicants.

APPLICATIONS FOR SIXTH FORM ENTRY 2025

Applications for Sixth Form Entry 2025 will open on November 1st and close on February 1st 2025. The link to register for your place is below. Please note references will be requested from your Head of Year once the applications close.
 

Key Dates for 6th Form Applications – Entry Sept 2025

Applications open: 1st November 2024

Applications close: 1st February 2025

Head of Year references: 5th February 2025

Outcome of Application: week commencing 10th March 2025

Conditional offers taster afternoon: 20th March 2025

GCSE results: 21st August 2025

Conditional offers submission of results: 21st August 2025 by 12 midday

Non-conditional offers applications: 21st August by midday

 

The Open Afternoon took place on Wednesday 6th November 2024. Conditional offer holders will be invited to visit the school for a taster afternoon on Thursday 20th March 2025.
