Please see below the minutes of the PTA Annual General Meeting held on 20th Nov 2025. Besides an update on the past year by the outgoing Chair Vibhor Narang, we shared the Treasurer’s (Aparna) report on Finances (presentation slides below). The evening then witnessed the elections of our new committee members for the academic year. We would like to share their names with all those who could not be present, as under:

On behalf of the PTA, we would like to extend our sincere thanks and appreciation for the service rendered by our outgoing Chair (Vibhor), outgoing Treasurer (Aparna) and Co-Treasurer (Ruchira). We deeply value the time, energy and leadership they have invested in these roles, and we extend our heartfelt thanks for their contributions.

Our special thanks to Vibhor Narang, our outgoing Chair, for sharing his vision and having demonstrated exemplary commitment to strengthening collaboration between the school and parents. His ongoing efforts towards fostering an inclusive environment wrapped in his amazing sense of humour, significantly contributed to the effective functioning of the PTA.

Our heartfelt gratitude to the outgoing treasurers, Aparna Tatavarty and Ruchira Poddar, whose integrity and passion shone through every interaction. Throughout their tenure, their efforts in supporting various initiatives and encouraging a positive approach was commendable. We understand each of you had other commitments in the coming year, but we can’t wait to see you back soon!

In the meantime, the new committee looks forward to continued cooperation between the school administration and the parents’ community, as we work together to further the welfare and holistic development of our students.
