Last week, our students took part in the second stage of the Barnet School Cross Country event, and we are incredibly proud of the effort, determination and team spirit they showed throughout the day. Despite the challenging weather conditions, with blustery winds and persistent rain, every runner showed remarkable resilience. Their positive attitudes and willingness to push through made the event both memorable and inspiring.
From the first race to the last, students encouraged one another, supported their teammates and demonstrated the values we aim to promote every day at school. Many achieved personal bests, and all represented our school with maturity and enthusiasm.
A special mention goes to Martha (7M), Kitty (7R), and Dina (Y13), who delivered outstanding performances and have progressed to the next round. They will go on to represent Middlesex at the Cross Country Championships at Harrow School in January. This is a fantastic achievement, and we wish them the very best of luck as they prepare for the upcoming competition.
Well done to all our runners, you did brilliantly, and we could not be more proud!
