Year 12

The Sixth Form at The Henrietta Barnett School aims to allow students to develop as individual learners by providing opportunities for academic excellence, leadership and service to the community. An important aspect of the School’s Sixth Form is to prepare students for the next stage of their education and life beyond school. The School offers the A level curriculum in the Sixth Form. In addition to transferring students from The Henrietta Barnett School Year 11, applications are welcome from students currently attending other schools. A minimum of 30 places will be offered annually to external applicants. In September 2021 we enrolled over 40 applicants.

Applications open: 1st November 2025

Applications close: 1^st February 2026

Head of Year references: 5^th February 2026

Outcome of Application: week commencing 9^th March 2026

Conditional offers taster afternoon: 18^th March 2026

GCSE results: 20th August 2026

Conditional offers submission of results: 20th August 2026 by 12 midday

Non-conditional offers applications: 20th August 2026 by 12 midday

OPEN AFTERNOON – ENTRY SEPTEMBER 2026

The next open day will take place on Wednesday 5th November 2025 at 4.15pm. Due to capacity constraints it will be open to Year 11 students and one parent/guardian only. Unfortunately this event is now fully booked and the waiting list is at capacity. Candidates who apply to the school and are subsequently made a conditional offer will be invited to an offer holders event in March.
